Sometimes, through the stories, circumstances and conditioning of our lives, we lose touch with parts of ourselves. Birth Into Being invites us to welcome back what we may have left behind or hidden, reconnect with our essence, and remember who we truly are. Through shared experience, guided processes and the witnessing of one another, we create space to come back to ourselves and live more fully from that place. We are not here to become someone else or to fix ourselves. We are here to welcome each other back into being.

Come home to yourself. To your heart, into your body. Come home to your life. Come home to us.
